Life light project of Alberto Garutti

The life light project by Alberto Garutti is an installation, where at one site in a town lights light up, everytime a child is born in this city.

The habitants of the city become aware, that just at this moment a child is born. The parents/the father of the new born switch the mechanism on.

Until now several life light projects could be realised:

• Bergamo, Italy
• Genth, Belgium
• Bosperus bridge - Istanbul, Turkey
