Lilla von Puttkamer lives and works in Berlin. She studied at the art Academies of Münster and Budapest (art and architecture). Actually her works can be seen in the Museum of Fine Arts, Budapest (Hungary). The opening was october 10th, 2013.
In her paintings Lilla von Puttkamer uses narrative elements, to visualize stories of her family as well as her own adventures. With slight strokes and light decent colours, more cautious and not agressive, she develops in her paintings abstract metaphers. Her paintings show single individuals or animals or both together, who tells a story. An empty sun-drenched space develops an understandable story in the eyes of the recipient.
