Plugins and Services
YouTube with enhanced privacy protection
Our website uses plugins from the website of YouTube. The operator of the sites is Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
We use YouTube in enhanced privacy mode. According to YouTube, this mode means that YouTube does not store information about visitors to this site before they view the video. However, a transfer of data to YouTube partners is not necessarily excluded by the extended data protection mode. For example, whether you watch a video or not, YouTube connects to the Google DoubleClick network.
As soon as you call up a YouTube video on our website, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. This tells the YouTube server which pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your surfing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.
In addition, YouTube may store various cookies on your device after you start a video. With the help of these cookies, YouTube can obtain information about the visitors to its website. This information is used, among other things, to compile video statistics, improve the user experience, and prevent fraud attempts. Cookies remain on your device until you delete them.
If applicable, further data processing is triggered after the start of a YouTube video, over which we have no control.
YouTube is used in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of § 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO.
